Halcyon Steppe began sourcing eco-friendly, tree-free, handmade papers from India in 2003. In 2005 we expanded our range to include sequinned motifs, decorative braids and ribbons, and belly dance costumes and accessories. Our range has continued to expand and now includes Silk and cotton lace trims, and embroidered trims. satin and jacquard ribbons, Sari ribbon and yarn, and laser cut chipboard.
We maintain fair trade principles by avoiding middlemen and dealing directly with manufacturers. This enables us to import a wide range of products at very reasonable prices; update our range frequently and source some products to order to meet customer design requirements.
We believe that by keeping our prices affordable more of you will be able to share the pleasure of using high-quality, unique hand-crafted materials in your creative pursuits.
